PLEASE READ

LATE ARRIVALS- in order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. clients arriving more then 15 minutes late could be told to rebook their appointment as this could affect the  next client appointment time.

HEALTH IN THE SALON  - for your comfort and safety please notify our specialist if you have any allergies, any physical issues or disabilities or if you are pregnant.

if you experience any discomfort or any other systoms during your hair treatment please alert your service provider immediately.

Right to refuse service - our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

PATCH TEST - you must have a patch test for your color services 48 hours  before your appointment this will be mandatory for all colour service.

DEPOSITS - we currently ask for 50% deposit with all color services this will secure your booking with us.
